	Death cert shows Thomas lived 9 years in WA after being born in SA. This gives an arrival time in WA of c1888.
	Thomas died quite young of disease of the heart, liver and kidneys which he had suffered from for 7 years.
	Lena Annie was the informant but contemporary records suggest she was in Perth at the time of the death. Death was not registered for about six weeks so she probably returned to the Goldfields at about that time.
